Pull submodules down

Would really appreciate the ability to define, at the account level, a custom TLD for deployments. In addition to new apps being deployed with app-name.up.railway.app they would also be available at app-name.my-domain.tld . This would be complimentary to the custom domains we can already add on a per-app basis.

Railway creates a backup daily. It would be neat to have backups restorable to an environment, such that you could "rewind" a database

Database access is very sensitive and it would be great if we could limit the DB access to trusted IPs only. This would limit greatly the possibility of external attacks.

Get an alert/email when the resource costs will go over a user defined amount.

Ability to merge 2 projects together

Currently, only Redis 6 is supported. It'd be great if we could have Redis 7.

I'm currently using a web terminal and I don't want people going to it and using up my credit. Is it possible if there could be a env variable or a setting to enable a password option on the site?
