Allow exposing multiple ports

It would be nice to have a plug in for a message queue like kafka similar to what exists today for databases. Having a kafka queue spun up with a click of a button and having the variables set would speed up streaming apps' development significantly faster.

A way to view application logs, kinda of like clicking deploy logs (but in a separated full sized page, kind of like how heroku does)

I would like to run an app with a plain TCP or UDP port connection that isn‘t http. Railway would give me a way to publicly access that port and connect to it from anywhere.
